Shipping Policy

We keep shipping terms visible before checkout so you know the applicable charge and payment flow before placing an order.

Shipping charges

Orders of ₹699 or more currently qualify for free shipping. Orders below this value use a flat shipping charge of ₹79 unless a product or offer states otherwise.

COD confirmation

For the partial Cash on Delivery option, 40% of the order total is collected in advance through our official WhatsApp support to confirm the order. The remaining 60% is payable on delivery. A COD request is not treated as confirmed until the advance is verified.

Dispatch & delivery

Dispatch and delivery time can vary by PIN code, product availability and courier service. We avoid promising an exact delivery date until the order and serviceability are confirmed.

Address issues

Please provide a complete delivery address, valid six-digit PIN code and reachable mobile number. Contact support as early as possible if an address needs correction before dispatch.
