These terms explain the basic website, ordering and service flow for PetCareNest. They should be reviewed against your final business entity, tax setup and fulfilment process as the store scales.

Product information

Product images are illustrative until final inventory photography is uploaded. Material, size, ingredients, directions, warnings, warranty and performance claims should match the exact product supplied to the customer.

Pricing and availability

Prices, offers and stock can change. An online-paid order is confirmed after successful payment verification. A partial-COD order is confirmed only after the required 40% advance has been received and verified through the official PetCareNest WhatsApp channel; the remaining 60% is payable on delivery.

Order review

We may contact the customer to verify delivery details, serviceability or an unusual order before dispatch. If an item becomes unavailable, support will communicate the available resolution.

Dog grooming services

Grooming enquiries do not guarantee appointment availability in every locality. Service mode, package scope, pricing, serviceability and scheduling are confirmed separately before booking.

Digital guides

Training and grooming guides are educational resources for personal use. They do not replace veterinary advice, professional grooming for complex coat or nail issues, or qualified behaviour support where health or safety is involved.
